Each employee is charged at the rate of their own band, the way income tax works. The first rate applies to the first 25 only, not to everyone. For up to 20 employees you pay the minimum of €120 per month. We count employees on payroll, not installations. All prices exclude VAT. Your own Microsoft tenant: €1,000 per month extra.

Do you count employees or installations?
Employees on payroll. You do not know in advance who uses AI, and that is exactly the problem. Licensing only the known users means paying for the people you were never worried about. HR already has the number, too.
Can I pay monthly and cancel monthly?
Yes. The prices on this page apply when billed yearly. If you pay monthly we add 10%, and you can cancel every month.
What if we have more than 1,000 employees?
Then we prepare a quote. The amount the slider shows at 1,000 is the starting point, and your own Microsoft tenant is usually part of that conversation.
